Aliseborg Zhaoying (Penny Leong Browne) is a new media artist and writer. Her writings and digital work have appeared in various art and literary journals including Sub-Terrain, Fuse, The Capilano Review, Dimsum, Other Voices and most recently in Front. She is currently attending the Emily Carr Institute of Art, Design and Media where she is researching and conducting experiments into cyborg and avatar beings, virtual leakage and coded realism. Her project titled, 'i' Cyborg 2.0 Multiplicity and Repetition | Investigates Identity, was recently part of a group show, titled, "New Medium" at the Media Gallery of the Emily Carr Institute
